It does three things, and they are the only things it does: 1) bilingual web fiction (爽文) published side-by-side in English and Kiswahili, fully free to read and free to download; 2) more than a thousand public-domain English classics professionally re-typeset for phone screens, free to read and free to download (English only — the classics section does not produce Kiswahili translations because the source language is English); 3) a self-publishing uploader that accepts .txt and .epub in either English or Kiswahili, no account required.
